Ms Boughton was convicted of animal cruelty charges by the District Court of Kenai, AK.  Due to the horrific conditions of the dogs and the deplorable conditions in which they were kept, it was recommended that Ms Boughton be suspended from all privileges of the AKC for life and that a $5,000 fine be imposed.  It was voted to accept this recommendation.(6/04)
